Troubleshoot ZTP Issues

Failed to Obtain IP Address
Problem Description: The device fails to acquire an IP address.
Possible Cause: The DHCP server may be inactive or incorrectly configured.
Corrective Action: Ensure that the DHCP server is active and correctly configured to assign IP addresses to the device.
Configuration Boot File Not Found
Problem Description: The device cannot locate the configuration boot file specified by the DHCP server.
Possible Cause: The URL or path provided in the DHCP server is incorrect or inaccessible.
Corrective Action: Verify that the URL or file path specified in the DHCP server is correct and accessible.
Incorrect Configurations Applied
Problem Description: The device applies incorrect or incomplete configurations during ZTP.
Possible Cause: Configurations in the boot file may contain errors.
Corrective Action: Review and correct any errors in the configuration boot file before uploading it to the server.
Note: In all the failure scenarios, the system will prompt the user with the jump-start.
