Troubleshoot Software License Issues

Problem Description: On expiry of the GigaVUE‑OS Module license, installing the new term license or perpetual license does not move the ports to active state.
Corrective Action: Perform the following tasks:
- Uninstall the new license and re-install it.

Problem Description: During new cluster formation or adding a node to a cluster, the leader does not detect member nodes license that have been installed before the formation of the cluster.
Corrective Action: Perform the following tasks:
- Install the member nodes license once again from the leader after the cluster is formed.
- If the problem persists, uninstall the new license and re-install it.

Volume-based License Issues

Problem Description: Unable to generate volume-based license reports
Corrective Action: Check your license details. The report functionality is available only for users with GigaVUE-FM prime license.
