GigaVUE‑HC1 Modules
The GigaVUE‑HC1 has two bays for replaceable modules. The following modules are available for the GigaVUE‑HC1:

The PRT-HC1-Q04X08 line card module increases the port density and allows GigaVUE-HC1 to connect with GigaVUE TA Series and GigaVUE HC Series nodes with higher-speed (40Gb) links |

Modules are hot-swappable and can be installed in any of the available front bays in a GigaVUE‑HC1 node. However, refer to Module Removal and Replacement Procedure (Hot Removal) for instructions – you must follow a specific procedure when removing modules to preserve node stability.
