GigaVUE‑HC1-Plus Modules
The GigaVUE‑HC1-Plus has two bays for replaceable modules. The following modules are available for the GigaVUE‑HC1-Plus:

PRT-HC1-X12 provides twelve 10Gb/1Gb SFP+/SFP network, tool, hybrid, inline network, and inline tool ports. Moreover, 10Gb ports can be used as stack-link ports. |

Modules are hot-swappable and can be installed in any available front bays in a GigaVUE‑HC1-Plus node. However, refer to Module Removal and Replacement Procedure (Hot Removal) for instructions – you must follow a specific procedure when removing modules to preserve node stability.
Note: The protected link will remain down after performing a shutdown and no shutdown on the BPS-HC1-D25A24 module, as well as during module Online Insertion and Removal (OIR) on the GigaVUE‑HC1-Plus chassis. Reloading the chassis will help to restore the link.
