LDAP Authentication Failure
LDAP authentication attempts can sometimes fail due to issues such as DNS, TCP, TLS, LDAP server reachability issues, FM configuration and, operational issues. Until software version 6.2.00, user needs to check the logs individually in GigaVUE‑FM to troubleshoot these issues. Starting in software version 6.3.00, to enable better troubleshooting, GigaVUE‑FM will display an error message in the description field of the audit logs for all the failed LDAP authentication attempts.
