Installing Cable Management Left and Right

The GigaVUE‑HC3 chassis includes cable management for installation on the sides of the node. The cable management includes left and right sides.

Installing cable management is optional. However, because of the high number of ports potentially available on the GigaVUE‑HC3 node, Gigamon recommends installing it.

Use the following procedure:

1.

Remove the cable management parts (left and right sides) from the packaging.

2.

Attach the cable management sides to the left and right of the chassis. Attach two screws on each side of the chassis as shown in 1 Cable Management Sides for the left side.

Route cables to the left and right of the chassis through the cable management sides.
