proxy-server profile

Required Command-Line Mode = Admin

Use the proxy-server profile command to to set up a proxy server profile, which enables the routing of specific internet traffic through a proxy. This includes URL category downloads, lookups, CRL revocations, and OCSP requests/responses.

This command is supported in SMT-HC3-C08 module on GigaVUE-HC3,SMT-HC1-S module on GigaVUE-HC1 and GigaVUE‑HC1-Plus.

Note:   Only IPv4 addresses are supported in 6.8.00 release.

Note:  A maximum of ten proxy-server profiles can be configured.

Note:   When setting up the proxy-server profile, make sure to use a unique profile alias for each unique proxy-server configuration (proxy address, port, etc.) across all devices managed by GigaVUE‑FM. If multiple devices require the same proxy-server profile settings, use the same profile alias for those devices. This is necessary for a smooth upgrade when GigaVUE‑FMintroduces proxy-server profile management in upcoming releases.
