Supported MIBs
Gigamon supports SNMP polling on GigaVUE HC Series and GigaVUE TA Series nodes using standard public MIBs. These MIBs enable polling of node and port statistics for integration with SNMP-based monitoring tools.
For Gigamon-specific information, you can load the private GIGAMON-SNMP-MIB. This MIB provides access to Gigamon’s private MIB values and ensures that SNMP management software can correctly interpret Gigamon notification OIDs.
GIGAMON ENTERPRISE MIBs:
miboid['SNMP-COMMON-SMI-MIB'] = '.1.3.6.1.4.1.26866'
miboid['GIGASMART-MIB'] = '.1.3.6.1.4.1.26866.5'
miboid['GIGAMON-SNMP-MIB'] = '.1.3.6.1.4.1.26866.2.19.3'
