Collect Information for Technical Support

Collecting the following information can help Technical Support:

■   Sysdumps/debug dumps for all nodes in the cluster
■   Sysdumps for nodes that observed a crash entering safe or limited mode
■   Debug dumps for nodes that did not observe a crash
■   Console logs
■   CLI histories
■   CLI or H-VUE screen captures
■   SNMP captures
