Collect Information for Technical Support

Collecting the following information can help Technical Support:

■   sysdumps/debug dumps for all nodes in the cluster
■   sysdumps for nodes that observed a crash entering safe or limited mode
■   debug dumps for nodes that did not observe a crash
■   gslogs for application information
■   console logs
■   CLI histories
■   CLU, H-VUE, or FM screen captures
■   SNMP captures
